At Cotton & Crete Mercantile, we want you to love your home treasures as much as we do. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
